Business Bay

Dubai’s business district, Business Bay, is the epicenter of commerce in the emirate. This
flourishing business and office district is easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road in the city’s
core. It has excellent road and metro connections to Dubai’s other major urban hubs. It is one of
Dubai’s most sought-after destinations for both local and international firms, with 46.9 million
square feet. With this world-class growth, the UAE has shown its progress over the years, helping

Business Bay is increasingly being seen as an extension of Downtown Dubai rather than a mere
shadow. Amid the neighborhood’s hustle and bustle, the skyline is adorned with new high-rises. In

When it comes to families with children, however, the lack of villa alternatives, a shortage of parks
and playgrounds, jogging and bicycling paths, and rush-hour traffic may make the area
